Want this sent and chased for you?
In the Creator Workspace the invoice is made from the deal, emailed from the app, and payment reminders are written for the due date, a week later and three weeks later. You press send on each one.
What to put on a brand deal invoice
Finance teams pay complete invoices first and query the rest. These six things are what they look for.
Invoice number and dates
A unique number, the issue date and an exact due date. “Net 30” is not a date.
Both parties
Your name or business and email, and the brand's billing name and email, not the person you chat to.
One line per deliverable
Format, platform and posting date. Match each line to the agreement.
Usage rights on their own line
Platforms, duration and fee, so the licence is visibly paid for and visibly time-limited.
One currency, plus tax
Quote and invoice in one currency, and add GST, VAT or sales tax if you charge it.
How to pay you
Bank details or your PayPal email, and any late fee or purchase order number in the notes.
Sending it is half the job
The other half is getting paid. Four guides on what happens after the PDF.

Want this done for you?
In the Creator Workspace the invoice comes from the deal you already agreed, so nothing gets retyped. It emails the invoice from you, and drafts polite reminders if they pay late.

Invoice questions
An invoice number, the issue date, your details and the brand's, one line per deliverable with the format, usage rights as their own line, the fee in one stated currency, payment terms with an exact due date, and your payment details. Each line should match the signed agreement so finance can approve it without questions.
On the trigger date in your agreement, usually the delivery date or the posting date. Sending on time starts the payment terms clock straight away. Waiting a week moves the due date, and any follow-up, a week later.
Yes, as their own line with the platforms, how long and the fee, for example a 90 day Spark Ads licence. A visible licence line stops the brand assuming usage was included, and it gives you a price to point at when they ask to renew.
Use a simple sequence that never repeats, such as INV-001, INV-002, or a date-based one like 2026-014. A unique number makes each invoice easy to track on both sides, avoids duplicate payments and keeps your records clean at tax time.
Put it in the contract first, then repeat it on the invoice, for example 1.5% a month after the due date. The notes box above is the place for it. A fee the brand agreed upfront reads as a term. One you invent while chasing reads as a penalty.
